IIS Database Error
Yes, our current issue is the problems we have experienced on IIS Database Error and the solution to this. IIS Database Manager lets you easily manage your local and remote databases from IIS Manager. IIS Database Administrator automatically discovers databases based on the Web server or application configuration, and also allows you to connect to any database on the network. Once connected, IIS Database Manager provides a series of administrative functions, including managing tables, views, stored procedures, and data, as well as executing ad hoc queries. IIS Database Manager provides support for Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL.
In addition, because the IIS Database Administrator is an extension of IIS Manager, administrators can authorize databases to authoritative local or remote users without having to open additional management ports on the administration.
If your system is in NTFS format I'm forwarding the solution.
- First, point to the folder where the db is located (usually / db), right-click on the specified folder.
- Click Properties.
- Click the Security tab. [If you cannot see the security tab, click on the folder options from the windows explorer's tools, and from the incoming window, on the view tab, use the Simple File Sharing tab.
You can see the security tab from now on.
From the Security tab, you must write to the user (ie yourself) and read or grant all rights.
Manage local and remote databases through IIS Manager
As an IIS Manager extension, IIS Database Manager can be used by local administrators and developers with remote site owners or authoritative privileges. Once connected, users can create tables, edit existing tables, add or edit data, add or modify directories and keys, run SQL queries, and more. In addition, remote users can access all the features of IIS Database Manager when connecting over SSL over HTTP over the Internet.
Interrogate data more conveniently
A preload of the list of connection strings stored in the configuration system allows server administrators to maintain control of which databases can be managed, while allowing data, store procedures, and views to interact with.
Back up and restore Microsoft SQL Server databases through IIS Manager
The IIS Database Administrator allows IT Administrators to manage the backup and restore operations of Microsoft SQL Server databases within IIS Manager. Because the IIS Database Administrator can process Windows Authentication and SQL Authentication credentials, IT Administrators can delegate this administrative procedure to other IIS users.
