Once we receive your orders, we will ship within 2-3 business days if there is not any defect in the product. When your product is delivered to the cargo company, you will be sent an email to us and you will be informed about the cargo. Orders may vary depending on the intensity of the campaign. You can pay by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard credit cards and debit card if you have a transfer / EFT and credit limit.

  • How can I track the status of my order?

You can follow all the orders you have given through our site after you have made a membership entry, in the My orders section on your account page.

  • My order has been shipped. How can I check his status?

After you sign up for the order you have placed on our site, your account will be listed on your account page. By clicking the cargo link next to your order placed on the cargo, you can follow the status of your order in the cargo.

  • What should I pay attention to when I receive the product ?

Open and check the packages that you think have been damaged during shipment, and the damaged packages outside the delivery authority. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product to the cargo company. Please note that after the delivery of the product, the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty. When you have received your order, you can open and check the cargo package after signing the delivery slip.
